  • The issue of financing constraints has been discussed extensively among domestic scholars, and more than 3000 academic papers have been published in recent five years. Analysis of Studies on Financing Constraints has selected 34 papers by renowned scholars from these publications. In the Chinese-English bilingual e-book, the number of Chinese characters totals about 367,000 and that of English words totals roughly 257,000. This e-book is divided into two chapters: Comprehensive Studies and Empirical Studies, hoping to provide readers with useful references. The first chapter mainly explores the influence of financing constraints. Using empirical data, the second chapter discusses whether foreign direct investment can alleviate corporate financing constraints, impacts of exporting signals on corporate financing constraints, heterogeneous impacts of financial crisis on exports, and other issues.
