Brief

China Sport Science, launched in 1981, is the official publication of China Sport Science Society and hosted by China Sport Science Society. General Administration of Sport is its authorities concerned. Under the new background of sports development, the journal aims at publishing more high-level research results which reveals the development of sports science in China. More academically innovative and pratically significant papers are expected to inject new vitality into this influential and comprehensive sports academic journal.

Research on the system of responsible lottery in China sports lottery

As the sports lottery was licensed by the state, introducing the concept of responsible lottery, establishing and perfecting the system of responsible lottery and fulfilling social responsibilities are undoubtedly a necessary process to promote its comprehensive and healthy development. After long-term development, developed countries in the world lottery industry have established a relatively complete system of responsible lottery, and generally established a legal guarantee, a mature operation mode and a sound regulatory system. At the same time, there are also some problems in the development of responsible lottery in these countries, such as lacking of uniform screening criteria for irrational lottery purchasing behaviors, and lacking of effective implementation mechanisms for verifying responsible lottery. With the implementation of a series of new policies and norms, responsible lottery in Chinese the sports lottery will enter a new period of development. At the same time, it is also facing some new demands and challenges for its development in the new era. There are still some problems. The foundation of laws and regulations is still weak, and the connection between the responsibility lottery system and the public health system needs to be further strengthened. The system of responsible lottery in Chinese the sports lottery should be based on the principles of highlighting the national public welfare lottery positioning, adhere to the rule of law and adhere to innovation-driven development. The content construction of the responsible lottery of China should be diversified in research, employee programs, retailer programs, game design and so on. On the basis of fully drawing lessons from the concept and the best practice of responsible lottery in the foreign lottery industry, referring to the laws and regulations of China and combining with the actual development and characteristics of the sports lottery in China, the concept and requirements of responsibility are thoroughly penetrated into the operation and management activities of the sports lottery.
